Hillary and Bill Clinton to be charged with committing rape against children
-
+1 Randomly accusing Trump of Clinton's crimes right when Clinton's crimes come to light is just a tactic to muddy the waters. At some point, you have to call a spade a spade. It's time for the Democrats to abandon Clinton (and think about fielding a better candidate in four years).

Just because some US states declare under 18s as 'children' doesnt really justify such a charge, dont you think?
Application of multiple countries laws are very confusing (AFAIC, but IANAL...) As far as I can tell, you're basically expected to follow the laws of both the US, and the country you're currently in, with varying points of enforcement. If you travel to Amsterdam, and try to purchase and smoke a little green, you can be arrested, as it's only legal for citizens to partake (I am led to believe that you'll likely just be turned down by the shop owner, and not actually arrested if they do sell to you though.) Since it's only possession and not past use that is illegal in the US, you're in the clear once you come home. Let's say you travel to Canada and kill a person. Murder is illegal in both places, but since it occurred in Canada, you'll be arrested and tried in Canada (or extradited, should you manage to escape,) under their laws, and subject to their punishments. "Paedophilia" is treated a bit differently, due to varying laws by country. If you travel to Canada, and have sex with a 16 year old (which is age of consent there,) you won't be arrested in Canada. Once home in the US however, you may get away with it, you may not. My general understanding is that if you travel to the country with the intent to have sex with a 'minor' then you're SOL. Proving intent is what you're paying your lawyer to do afterward. In the case of the Clintons and Trump (as described by others, I have no details) it seems that there is sufficient evidence to support that the trips outside the US were made with the express purpose of sexing up some youngin's. In which case, yeah, they should rightly be convicted of rape (statutory or otherwise, pending evidence.) The moral of this story is, if you're planning to leave the country to have sex with someone underage, make sure you plan a three week vacation around it, and make it look like it was something that just 'happened'. Legal loopholes are great aren't they? X|

Both candidates are tainted by now, and "land of the free" will permanently be coupled with this election. ..also rather a blow for the public perception of modern democracy.

He's just as bad. Besides, POTUS is limited to two terms. The House and Senate terms should also be limited, Senate for two terms (12 years), House for 3 terms (6 years).

Indeed. The choices in this US election are more like "would you like to be shot or hung" type of choices.

That bad eh? Well thats them screwed. We have a similar thing in the UK, people traveling to Thailand for sex are prosecuted on return under UK law.

Yes, we're so luck. Out of 350 millions of people, this is the best? WTF? (Of course, not. But, who in their right mind would want to run for POTUS when the opposing parties and the media are a bunch of rabid, insane bloodhounds --- nobody is perfect.) Which begs the question, just how sane are those running?

The FBI's re-opening of the investigations against Hillary Clinton apparently comes from their criminal activities being far more sordid than the first investigation revealed. Among other items, both Hillary and Bill will be charged with taking numerous offshore vacations in order to rape children. A former State Department official's youtube video on the topic: The Clinton Pedophilia Connection - YouTube[^] On a side note, the Google News search on the phrase "hillary clinton pedophilia" yields no useful results, but the Bing News search results are full of news articles on the topic. I'm not sure if I should assume malice or incompetence on Google's part. Can you all give the searches a try? Google News[^] Bing News[^]
The press reported that Eric Schmidt, the CEO of Alphabet, the parent company of Google, was offering help to Hillary Clinton..... Most likely, in the form of information about Google users who can then be targeted for badgering to go vote for Hillary.
