That's a BIG bike! I was thinking of getting the CBR1100, but I just have a *thing* for the Interceptor. Ultimately, it all comes down to how much I'll be getting back from Uncle Sam after April 15th!

He's only been riding it for about a week, but swears it is the best machine he has ever ridden on. Extremely smoooth, no vibrations and all the torque you will ever need to accelerate. His only complaint so far is that the rear hub is so large in diameter, to house the drive gears, it interferes with using a hand pump to attach to the rear tire air plug. Like that's a big problem. Like that's a big problem. Indeed! That's a problem I'd love to have! I've been bikeless for altogether too long. My last ride, a ZX-7, and I parted company after it gave me a compound fracture in my left leg because it refused to go round a corner at a reasonable speed, instead preferring to go across the bend and into a wall. I'm feeling the need again though ... nah, I was going to do a Top Gun quote there but saved myself in time!
