the burrito is going to be made perfect, every time
...and with that analogy, can I assume then that any software you 'pay someone else to make' is going to be perfect, every time? Everyone's different I suppose. If I have a kitchen, the ingredients to build a burrito, and enough time, I'd rather cook/build/roll it myself. :) Now, I'm not making burritos for everyone, and I'm not making a full course meal...there are limits!

I think you may have missed the point in your effort to roll your own half-assed burrito. The point is, your burrito making skills suck compared to the master chef's creation. Jack of all trades, master of none. Keeper is better than ANYTHING you or I can roll any day of the week. So, why would I use anything else?

This burrito analogy is getting absurd. I think you may have missed the point that some professional cooks (developers) actually enjoy cooking (creating software/solving problems) for personal consumption. If you demand 'a perfect burrito every time' then I agree, you are better off paying someone else to make it for you. :) I think I know what I'm having for dinner!

Yey, to LastPass. Simple enough to use, with cross platform support. Occasionally OTT with some of the security requirements, and not sure it really gets having multiple concurrent devices in use but otherwise really like.
I'm using last pass too. Free, simple, secure. It has extensions for browser and app for mobile.
