The upcoming Word. But the scrollbars are still ugly :( And here too. I hope MS will fix it in the release version. With the best regards, Vitaly.

I just installed the beta version of Office Xp (2002) with Word, and all of the other tools. The only visual change is the front-end, the menus look good, the general presentation is nice, as well as the "new wizard", the window that appears on the right of the screen. but all/most of the dialogs are the same, the dreaded option dialog with the 3 layers of tabs is still there. Microsoft should find a way to change the way this works because it's not really user friendly. but I'm still undecided to try to install Whislter ... any hints and comments ? Max.

I only saw the beta 1 but it looks very similiar to .net beta 1 - seems it is the "new" look. Lee ------ Lee J. Zuckett - MCSD Avanade, Inc.
