    Yes, I know it's early but it's now or never... things to do... Two cars get confused and have a quiet accident (3, 5) I can’t believe no one got this… I honestly thought it’d take 2 minutes, max. I suppose I’ll be in trouble now for providing a lousy clue...  Two cars = car car Get confused = car cra (Yes, “car” is an anagram of “car”, albeit the trivial case) And have a quiet = add on a “sh” And you get ... Car crash = an accident!

      I quite like that. I was nowhere near it having got fixated on "ap" rather than "sh". Still a shame that the answer wasn't "raw tacos", though - I thought that was pure genius!
