    Who was it, Newton, Edision, Pascal? One of those type guys would hold a spoon between their index finger and thumb over a plate laid on the floor and drowse until they dropped the spoon and the clatter woke them up. About 5 minutes. Get a conference room plate and spoon, just not the paper and plastic kind. OR work from home and no one will know as long as your system sounds for email and messages are loud enough.

      ..sleeping at work? :) Particularly in the afternoon , after lunch, and when you just got above 35 years old. :zzz: I play a couple of games on my phone for few minutes, drink a glass of water & get back. :cool:

      Eat something every 2 hours (i.e. instead of "meals") and you'll be more "even" all day long.
