If Vladimir Putin did not seek to influence the US Election he was derelict in his duty to his country and should be held to account by the Duma!

Quite. Why would Putin not elect a weak and spineless democrat, like the last one, who sat back and did nothing about Syria and the Crimea? No, instead he apparently got Trump elected, a man who bombs his bases in Syria!       It is so ridiculous it is barely credible that left wing nut jobs are sop desperate they are trying to sell this crap still.

But if he had tried to influence the election, Mueller would have idicted him for doing his job like he's indicted some GRU guys for doing theirs. (Not a good precedent Mr Moron Mueller)

Putin couldn't be indicted because of a principle of international law - [Sovereign immunity](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sovereign\_immunity)

Yep. Not sure Mueller is bright enough to know that, though. Indicting folks in the GRU is not a brilliant move. No jurisdiction, for one thing. The other is the bad precedent. You shouldn't go around indicting actors of another government for behaving like they worked for their government. Retaliatory actions in kind are not too far-fetched.
