What do you think about this mentality?

Our customer coordinator reports. "A particular feature not working in our application" Then he adds.. "And it's not there in the application features list as as well". Oh my.. He's just passing on what the customer is saying/complaining. How can someone say something as "Not working" when the request for change wasnt even given to the dev team? He's always very curious to say something is broken/not working. :doh: Even if it's a network issue on customer side, he reports it as Application issue. He's very much aware team is yet to get this particular requirement. But what makes him type that line and send to everyone. I'm just thinking.
