Not feeling pain, and sleeping well are both feelings that are very addictive, yes

So, I asked legitimate questions for a dialog and you run away tossing insults like a bully. That says a lot about your position.

Again, how so? When Christ himself said to test it, how can you refute that? All you are doing is making false assertions. Can you back it up at all? And are you claiming that public education IS free thinking? There's a lot of questions you are dodging.

Of course it is in the mind; it is an electrical impulse which causes a biological reaction. The same biological reaction as when eating spicy food.

Try giving your own explanation for an open ended question on a test. If it does not match what they want, too bad.

Of course. I went to 13 years public school and 6 years college. If you don't give the answer they want you get it wrong. But now you answer some. How does religion prevent free thinking? There are millions upon millions of religious people. Do you really believe that they are all brain-dead? Surely you can't be that arrogant.

No, but many of them don't even practice their religion. I am myself, like all my friends, a registered Christian. None of us ever go to church or even talk about religion.

OK. But you are still dodging the actual question. How does religion prevent you from being a free thinker?

Not sure what that means. Do you mean a member of a Christian church or do you actually have to register with the government?

I saw on TV one reporter going around and interviewing various stoned individuals 7 am in the morning. That's progress I guess.

They were stoned? I think it is more that they wanted to be there first, sort of "making history". I doubt there will be "stoners" every morning at 7am.

What kind of problems? It is not like Cannabis did not exist before. And now people will stop ending with a criminal record just for having pot with them. Thinking about it, the societal problems will be less.

What kind of problems? It is not like Cannabis did not exist before. And now people will stop ending with a criminal record just for having pot with them. Thinking about it, the societal problems will be less.
