For me its usually slow for about 5-6 days, then it good for about 2 days. I just thought that it might be the un-godly amount of page hits.

Now I'm posting from a public place, so I don't use cookies. Every 5 minutes or so , It says "log in to post messages". Why? Chris! Are you hearing this? Vikram. CP loading pages really slow for me. Anyone else seeing this? Other sites seem normal.

It's rather hard to do it w/o cookies - how do you expect CP to know it's you???. But I've long thought that the last-login-time should be kept on the server, not in a cookie, at least for registered users. I get on CP from a couple different computers, and the last-login-time is always different for each one. I've seen forums where it's kept on the server and it's much better that way.

Ditto. And I get errors half the time when posting.

- Mother TeresaHi Rohit, could it be that the flag in your sig takes a while to load ?? (For me it was like that as I wanted to reply...) Maybe you could mirror it to another server (for testing at least)??? :)

I don't close the browser window. Some sites (mostly mail) require you to re-login after 2 hours. But the 5 min I'm getting is absurd. Vikram. + :java: = NULL :=> X|Well, I don't notice any delay in the loading time of the flag. But thanks for the heads up. I'll check with my ISP. I'll also try putting it on another server. Did it happen just once or does it happen often? Hosting services in India are really bad. :(
