How to transfer the domain from Win2000 to Win2003?

Hi I have a Win2000 Server which is a domain controller. I have installed a win2003 Server (olddomain.kg) on another computer and installed Active Directory on it (newdomain.kg) . I have users on old domain, How can I get the user profiles from old domain to the new one? thanx.
