QA - "Top Rated" with date sort/order option

I'm wondering if there is a chance to add extra future to QA - "Top Rated" forum... At this moment "Top Rated" displays questions by the number of votes voted for the question (descending order). It would be higly appreciated to see kind of switch, which can change default order, i.e.:
total- actuall functionalityby year- 2019, 2018, 2017 and so on...by tag- Assembler, ... C#, ... Linq, ... VB.NET, ... etc.
