Need advice on which framework I should use for my app

So I want to program an app, where I use the tweepy api. On the frontend of the app, I want to display a list of objects on which can be pressed. If one of them is pressed one new page will open and there I want to display some integer values, which are updating depending on some tweets. So in the backend I have tweepy where I program with python and the frontend. I started to work with the django framework + react but I do not know if this is the best way to program an app like that. Could you give me some advices on which framework I should use?
