Each Time we download from etimetrack Desktop App. And now we need to transfer data automatically to PC with out manual download. Any possible way for this?

You're going to need to check the documentation on the device API to find out if that's possible. I would suggest that you also contact the manufacturer; they may have different firmware builds that do what you want, even if it's not normally possible with the mass-production build.
