Check out the message threads going on in the MSDN newsgroups[^]. Seems like a lot of people (myself included) have bought MSDN directly online, and don't have a printed receipt and the people handling this PDA deal is being anal about proofs of purchase. My order status has been at "Submission Review Completed" forever...not very informative...

If you check the FAQ[^] for the offer, it has a description of what each status message means. The Submission Review Completed message means you get one I think. -Mike Zinni "No shit it's tough. Sweet!! :-D According to the threads on the MSDN newsgroup, some people seem to have to jump through hoops to sort things out...I'm just hoping I don't have to do the same...

I just sent in my package of stuff yesterday :-D My worry is that they will deny me because I don't have my copy of the MSDN Subscriber card yet. I just order my Universal subscription on the 8th and it just shipped (according to MS) on the 19th. Here's hope...

I sent my stuff about 2 weeks ago. I finally got the submission review completed thing as well. I'm just wondering what to do with my old Compaq iPaq 3635 now... I guess I'll sell it on eBay. Brigg Thorp Software Engineer Timex Corporation
