When I travel on holiday, for years now I have been taking a old, clapped out HP Net-book (remember those? X| ) so I could RDP into a client's system in case of disaster. I have a dedicated PC in each client's office that I use to log into their various VMs. However, I also travel with a tablet and a smartphone, so the net-book seems a little superfluous - all I need is a proper miniature Bluetooth keyboard with touch-pad or track-ball to go with my pair of 8" tablets, so I can do a Ctl-Alt-Del and Ctl-Del-Ins to login to the server, and then to the VM. I know that MS RDP for Android has Ctl-Alt-Del built in, but not the other, and can I find a keyboard to do this? No way, not a chance. Touch-pad yes, insert key no. Insert key yes, touch-pad no. I can't use the normal wireless keyboard/mouse as that would occupy the only USB port (by OTG cable) and I would need to plug in the charger as thses remote sessions tend to be long. As Christmas is coming soon, I am allowed to say BAH HUMBUG! :suss:

If you can live with an FN combo for insert, the Logitech K830[^] appears to fit the bill.

Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason? Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful? --Zachris Topelius Training a telescope on one’s own belly button will only reveal lint. You like that? You go right on staring at it. I prefer looking at galaxies. -- Sarah Hoyt

Thanks, but there are lots around of that size. What I need something more tablet sized so it can sit in my shoulder bag alongside the two 8" tablets - Android and Win 10. I did find one, but it was Android only, and I understand that this would not be compatible with Windows.

Nice idea, but it isn't as portable as I would like. - and probably a bit awkward on a flight!

I have one similar to this: [^]

If you can keep your head while those about you are losing theirs, perhaps you don't understand the situation.
