I read that the main reason for his health decline was that his surgeon was unfamiliar with treating obese patients. That I can believe. Kim is/was probably the only fat person in the whole country. Everyone else is starving!

He isn't/wasn't merely fat, but extremely obese, with a BMI of approximately 45. That alone makes him a poor risk for any surgery. Add to that known cardiac issues, heavy smoking, etc., and no reputable surgeon would touch him. (Of course in the DRNK, I doubt the surgeon had much choice. :omg: )

Laugh now, and I will, but rumor has it his sister could be next in line. No one is certain if she takes the job, whether or not she is the same, worse, or better than Kimmy. China may try to take over the country. who knows. Also, I would like to know the reward (lifetime supply of taco bell?) given to the doctor that "messed up" his surgery, supposedly.
