I was a reading about the reggae-tarian diet - potatoes, carrots, turnips, parsnips etc. Its strictly roots.

I could definitely dig that diet.

I'm counting 21 meals in a week and just 4 ingredients so far... Surely you'd be able to suck-down a marley then pull a wombat at some point? Wombat Australian Marsupial that eats roots and leaves.

I was going to create a diet, myself - in fact I did. I'd publish and get rich selling it to those people who always buy the latest diet book because it must be the real thing. Lots of bucks on the TV talk show circuit, giving lectures, and of course, my special line of branded food.   Mine, in fact, is the real thing. It's called the "EAT LESS" diet. Following the color cover, introduction, and gratuitous (and even self-serving) acknowledgements, the book begins with chapter 1 page 1. "Eat Less" The remaining 127 pages are entitled: 'For your notes' and are otherwise blank. This diet works every time (but I'd never dare claim it to be fool-proof!)
