So the hamsters upstairs bombarded me responsible for the delivery organization, from intake to release (and aftercare). Release manager, delivery manager, ... whatever. They don't make those any more. What about what is called a "Speed pedelec" in these parts: an e-bike that goes up to 45km/h. That should do the job nicely.
