This is horrifying. Gee. I would most likely get arrested and then incarcerated immediately. Even though I have done nothing wrong except think. This is the tool of the thought police. (I am not a conspiracy theorist, but I do think.)

Unpredictability is a requirement when you want to join the Forces of Chaos.

I have lived with several Zen masters - all of them were cats. His last invention was an evil Lasagna. It didn't kill anyone, and it actually tasted pretty good.

Don't worry. This is perhaps true for everyone. Everyone has wicked thoughts lurking in the dark corners of their mind.

This makes me wonder, since I have unsubscribed from the Daile News - is there a place on this site to look them up?

True. I sometimes like chaos but sometimes it scares me. The images may not be unpredictable though. I should consult the zen masters. It may change what appears on the screen.

I am not sure. I like the daily news. Especially the comments from CP. If it helps here is a link to the article that was referenced. A computer predicts your thoughts, creating images based on them -- ScienceDaily[^]

Wow, how could I have frequented this site for so long and miss that forum! :omg: Yes, that's pretty much it. I've unsubscribed from DailyNews because I noticed it just took up too much of my time. But sometimes, when I have the time, I wondered what's going on everywhere in the world. Getting the Daily News as a pull rather than a push service would have been nice - but I guess that forum works just as well.

"A computer". Can that computer be your own, running that software offline, disconnected from the rest of the world, and with all so-called "telemetry" disabled...?

In some religions, the thought is the same as the deed. (And in some societies)

It was only in wine that he laid down no limit for himself, but he did not allow himself to be confused by it. ― Confucian Analects: Rules of Confucius about his food
