hmmm... the wording/grammar seems off... perhaps should be one of the following: Launch retrograde held by northeastern waypoint. Northeastern waypoint holds launch retrograde.

Yeah, When I write these I generally make several of them and choose whatever I perceive will be the most difficult. Your first recommendation was in my list verbatim. I discarded it because it looked like it would be solved too quickly. I did an anagram too: Reverse entry was manipulated.(8)
