I use Microsoft Authenticator... I had to install it on the new phone... There is no way the get the QR a second time if you beyond it already... Add the account in the old way (email/password)... Receive a message on the phone in the Authenticator that I have to confirm the login via the Authenticator... Only resetting my profile in MFA helped to resolve this catch 22... I believe that inclusion of MFA in the Authenticator is a true gem...

My very first job when I went freelance (as a home office PC expert, doing hardware as well as software) was to install a CD drive into a desktop machine. It needed drivers, which were helpfully supplied... on CD. Thanks, IBM. Things only got better after that! :-D
