Nobody is going to help you breach the security of your employer's network. And attempting to do so yourself will likely result in your immediate termination, and possibly even criminal charges. If you don't know how to do your job, then talk to your supervisor.

I would help you breach security, in theory at least. How to hack is important for developers to understand.
