OT: Professional Borders in MS Word

Hey, I asked here about something in Word a month ago and got a perfect suggestion, so I'm trying again (sorry for the OT). I'm trying to add a professional looking border in MS Word, but and having trouble finding anything that looks better than "cartoony", and even those don't really create a full border. Are there any professional looking clip-art borders (or non-clip-arts ones for that matter) somewhere that I can grab? Thanks for your help! ~Steve
