        Credit the largest cryogenic vacuum chamber, chamber A, at NASA JSC, Houston. It was upgraded to test at -440K, 11 Kelvin in full vacuum. The sunny side was exposed to sun level temperatures using sun simulated lights. Webb spend 90 days in that environment. In summary, comprehensive testing makes for success. Yes, built, tested and launched by some very good human engineers.
