Create a Form to enter wordle data in net core web app

Hi All, I want to create a data entry form in my personal web site to record my daily wordle attempts. I'm stuck on as to how I can enter my multiple guesses. If I was doing this in Winforms I would create a listbox , and populate it from a textbox entry via a button click , I don't know how to do this in a web form :-D hope this makes sense
