Office 365 has emerged as one of the prominent SaaS that makes the business workflow smooth. Users do not need to worry about their disk space, they can get the space accordingly by paying a reasonable fee to Office 365 accordingly. Additionally, it also provides users with an email client (Outlook) along with other essential applications. On the other side, Lotus Notes comes as a standalone application with diverse attributes to fulfill the business needs. But Office 365 has overall better services due to which users migrate Lotus Notes to Office 365. This task is not like a calk walk, especially when users do have a vast amount of data. For this technical task, users must approach a secure and efficient tool that could do this task without data alteration and loss. To name one, I would suggest Shoviv Lotus Notes to Office 365 Migration tool. It brings down the technicality of the process with its simple and interactive GUI. The features of this tool include: • Accepts NSFs from online and offline storage. • Provide filters for including/excluding items accordingly to migrate Lotus Notes to Office 365 with selective items. • Folder mapping of this tool allows users to achieve the desired accuracy in Lotus Notes migration to Office 365. • Email translation helps users to replace inappropriate email addresses with the legit ones. • This tool comes with a default incremental export to prevent duplicity and resume the process in case of interruptions. Users can access all features of Shoviv Lotus Notes to Office 365 in a FREE demo to migrate and save the first 50 items/folder.
