Depends what it is: some forums permit it because they are "heavily policed" but the rest don't to avoid corporate netnazis blacklisting CP - we have a number of "regular visitors" who would post very inappropriate material if given half a chance! Sugs'n'bugs allows images, as does "Where I am". What is it you want to show us?
