Ugh - sounds painful. Hope there is recovery in the plans.

Agreed - frozen shoulders are bastards. I haven't been able to sleep on my right-hand side for over a year now. :sigh:

Rotator cuff repair is usually surgery and recovery can be a bear. (my friend's words) Frozen shoulder (I have had it twice) can be repaired with physical therapy. Not fun and not without some pain relief. No knife required in my case.

Good luck! I'm just hoping you are under 40 ... shoulders have a nasty habit of seizing up when damaged (called a Frozen Shoulder or Adhesive Capsulitis) and you really, really don't want that! :rose:

Sounds like you should have learned the knuckle ball instead of the curve. Hope you don't drive a stick.

I’ve given up trying to be calm. However, I am open to feeling slightly less agitated.

I would not drive a car even an automatic, I have no movement in my left shoulder, it would not be safe.

That can happen when you try to dive into C++ template metaprogramming too quickly. Get well soon!

Wow, that does sound serious. Praying to get it fixed right. You need that arm.

If you have a torn tendon a frozen shoulder should not be on the top of your list of concerns. :sigh: Not that a frozen shoulder is any fun though, it took me over two years to get rid of mine
