Am I the only one who's never heard of it until now? Does anyone listen to it to block out distractions? I normally use white noise but this may also be as good...

Looks promising! :thumbsup: The trick is to find something that itself doesn't become a distraction and isn't annoying. This may be it, I may give it a go...
