I am only 57, and young people in the Metro train offer me their seats. Some of them also call me as "grandpa".
Heck, I won't be 57 for just over a month and I AM a grandpa, twice over.
I’ve given up trying to be calm. However, I am open to feeling slightly less agitated.

I'm 60 and there have been a number of people in my community around my age that have passed recently - it seems like I'm at the age where people around me are starting to die off. :sigh:
