Please add a tooltip (alt text) to the new 'copy as link'

As per discussion at Off topic: New icon in Reply - View Thread line in messages - C# Discussion Boards[^] (Initial qn from me with response from OriginalGriff) The new icon to 'copy as link' (a bent black arrow:
) which appears at the end of messages does not have any tooltip (title attribute) and its intent is not immediately intuitive. Please could you add a tooltip text as per its neighbours (

What am I missing? Why this 'copy as link' is even necessary? One can copy this simply by right click the subject and select 'copy link' I'm sure I'm missing seomthing :-O
There used to be a permalink icon, I wonder if this is its replacement.

I agree - I had already commented that before adding to Bugs & Suggs (see Re: Off topic: New icon in Reply - View Thread line in messages - C# Discussion Boards[^]). Guess how I copied the link!
