So dissent is specifically not allowed?

I was "warned" for a possible suspension via email due to the following thread. javascript web app - Web Development Discussion Boards[^] This started when the reporter Jeremy Falcon specifically disparaged my comment which was not directed at him. He did this by dismissing my previous reference to "TIOBE index" which I made to the OP (again which was not him.) Re: javascript web app - Web Development Discussion Boards[^] I am not the only poster whose opinions he does not care for and responds to them by telling them they are not "allowed" to respond to his posts. So certainly if I have been "warned" then I expect he should be as well. Or alternatively the guidelines should be changed to explicitly state that dissenting opinions on any subject are not allowed. Additionally I would not be surprised if he claimed I am actively seeking him out. That is flat out lie. I don't respond to users, I respond to posts. Period.

I don't think this is the proper forum for this.
