I Cannot Explain This

I was on a flight to Phoenix when I saw this. I'm still baffled by it! I took a photo of it, here. I've sent certified letters of this photo to the FAA, the NTSB, Delta Airlines, the Department of Defense, the Chinese Ministry of Weather Balloons, and the Director of National Intelligence. I have had no response from any of them. Several days ago, I was in my house reading my bible when I heard a loud screech. I looked out the window and, I saw a plain white conversion van stopped in my driveway. Then I heard a loud bang. Several masked people busted my front door down, grabbed me, and threw me into the van before speeding out of my driveway onto the road. I'm not allowed to disclose what happened after that. I'm not sure if getting vanned had anything to do with what I saw. I get vanned every so often, so I just don't know. Have any of you guys seen this, too?
