I subscribed to skype phone call service on my iPhone, but I forgot how I did it. Now I want to cancel my subscription and log into my skype account and can not figure out how. it pointed me to iTune service, but I did not have iTune installed on iPhone. I feel it is like a puzzle to me and can not resolve it quickly...

it is true: all of their documents are not related with my issues. Software needs very good documents and manuals. this is what I learned from my lesson.

On your iphone go to Settings -> select the top option (you) -> then click subscriptions. you can cancel them there.
