I would report him to the competition organisers, but their site doesn't appear to be working ... usaco.org[^]

If I make it I would make it because it pisses me off that such a cheater gets something before other doing it legitimely. Not because it is our responsibility.

That's OK - I did, and had a "Thank you" email from the organisers. :-D I do dislike cheats ...
