A bit foolish of both brothers to be hiding in the same place. They must be getting short of hiding places. I wonder if it was luck on the part of the Americans or have they actually got some good intel from the Iraqi's already captured. Michael 'War is at best barbarism...Its glory is all moonshine. It is only those who have neither fired a shot nor heard the shrieks and groans of the wounded who cry aloud for blood, more vengeance, more desolation. War is hell.' - General William Sherman, 1879

I think the $15 Million for each son looked good to the informant

Knowing the reputation of the two brothers and how well they got along, they probably informed on each other. :-D Shame they couldn't have taken one of them alive, it would have been very useful to torture interrogate them for info on Saddam. It'll be interesting to see if the "organised" resistance continues now the "brains" of the family has been eliminated. Michael 'War is at best barbarism...Its glory is all moonshine. Yeah ;P, and before the US would pay up, they would have moved the informants into a safe place! Maybe the two sons thought of this as a way out but it back fired! :wtf:

According to the BBC someone walked in off the street to say where they were hiding, to the Americans. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/middle_east/3088509.stm[^]
