First thing I noticed when I saw one of your other posts. Well, not that it was Fred Garvin, never heard of the guy, but that it wasn't your usual disturbing avatar. I've chosen a new avatar for the new CP as well.

Oh, goodie, it's not just me. I swear that thing has given me nightmares. :-)
(and, glad to see the CP lounge back in action. Although not in its former glory. Better than nothing however.) I haven't kept up to date - I can't imagine Chris, et al, are still around or even remotely involved with this current...incarnation?

To my knowledge they are not involved. Personally, I kinda prefer the old layout, but the ability to add screenshots to messages is long overdue, so I'll give up the layout concerns for that (although I have lodged a complaint about 508 compliance (accessibility).
They implemented theming, but it would have been adequate (and better) to just support the browser's light/dark mode. None of the available themes are appropriate for me.
