I'm officially "old"

Given my impending retirement (next July), I applied for social security benefits this last weekend.

That officially makes me "old", which means I can fart in public and everyone will just "understand", so silver linings. :)

Nope. Old is when your child signs up for social security (next year). I am on my third retirement (and still working too many hours).
