My initial thought when I saw "stray", is this an anagram?
Take "D" for "dog starting" and "to tire" because it has a convenient 6 characters, ignore the question and exclamation marks, mixed them up and get "dottier".It definitely how I feel, but That's not right!.
Glad the CCC is back, may take me a while to get the hang of them again.

I can post one tomorrow but by the time I wake up you guys have had lunch. So, assuming I'm right, I'll post one tomorrow unless I see one already posted. I'm ok if you don't want to wait for the sun to crawl its way around to South Dakota. Also, I'm headed out of town tomorrow right after my lunch, so I may not be able to respond very quickly.
