He told me that they hold big social events/parties from time to time which consist of mostly Microsoft employees. I'm told that a lot of the "big wigs" (Gates, Balmer, etc.) attend these events and many of them end up getting drunk. But the funny thing is that even after drinking they seem to focus their conversations on computers.
