Scientest are always studying everything - so be careful where you set your pudding. Anywho... there was this one scientist doing a study on frogs. Here is his log: day 1: told frog to jump. frog jumped day 2: amputated frog's right front leg; told frog to jump. notes: frog jumped day 3: amputated frog's right rear leg; told frog to jump, notes: frog jumped day 4: amputated frog's left front leg; told frog to jump, notes: frog jumped (albeit a rather lop-sided jump) day 5: amputated frog's left rear leg: told frog to jump, told frog again to jump; notes: frog went deaf.:wtf: --------------------------------------------- huh? If they don't get the basic research and learning skills down then they'll end up having a very hard life (Either that or they'll become managers) - Micheal P Butler

Mel Feik wrote: frog went deaf. :-D So the only thing more frustrating than being a nutty professor is being a frog observing the nutty professor, while under observation by said nutty professor itself? (oooh, I've given myself a headache!)

After digging to a depth of 100m last year, Russian scientists found traces of copper wiring dating back 1000 years, and came to the conclusion that their ancestors already had a telephone network one thousand years ago. So as not to be outdone, in the weeks that followed, American scientists dug 200m, and headlines in the US newspapers read: "US scientists have found traces of 2000 year old optical fibbers, and have concluded that their ancestors already had advanced high-tech digital telephone 1000 years earlier than the Russians." One week later, the Indian press reported the following: "After digging as deep as 500m, Indian scientists have found absolutely nothing. They have concluded that 5000 years ago, their ancestors "were already using mobile phones." :-D
