In business and war, there is no love, compassion and decency. Only profit/victory. -- Take me through the treshold of pain, and hi-tech sex.

Even in war there is often love, compassion and decency. It is only business that seems to have lost the plot! :sigh:

In war love, compassion, and decency are often necessary. In business, I only miss decency. Love and compassion do not belong. The difference between a pessimist and an optimist is that while the pessimist is always a victim, the optimist is always a target. - Brady Kelly

In the same year when IBM purchased Rational they fire around 380 developers [^]. Where is the love, compassion or decency ? Go figure? Erick :rose:

Maybe they tried to turn around business situation from crisis to boom. But for a turn around, 180 are enough. After 360, they stumbled on in the same direction as before... "Today we are standing at the edge of an abyss. But - I promise - tomorrow we'll take a great step ahead!"
