How to REALLY export/import VS2003 IDE customization?

How do you export/import the IDE customization? (I think I've read most of the other threads) I have tried backup of both these keys:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualStudio\7.1 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\VisualStudio\7.1and this folderC:\Documents and Settings\USER_NAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\VisualStudio\7.1But it still doesn't work. Please someone tell me what else to backup or (even better) give me an app that will do it for me. I am not bothered with the toolbox, so the MSDN article is no good. I want to backup and restore the IDE customization. Please help :-O -
