If you follow the link[^], then search on "$" you'll notice that the page for the Grid Control has this on the left margin: "VS.NET 2003 for $899 MSDN Univ. from $1950" I'm guessing that some bot picked up the price information for Visual Studio or some other product and decided that the grid control costs $1950. (Note that the Grid also appears for $899 on the same yahoo page - the same price as VS.NET.) ------------------------------------------ The ousted but stubbornly non-dead leader reportedly released an audiotape this weekend, ending by calling on Iraqis to, quote, "resist the occupation in any way you can, from writing on walls, to boycotting, to demonstrating and taking up arms." adding, "you know, pretty much anything I used to kill you for." - The Daily Show

that very well may be, but still there are 4,809 codeproject articles in there ranging in price from $1 up to $1950. Click here[^] then sort by price. [edit] i take the $1950 figure back... there are several above... for example this one[^] for $15,000 ... Marc should be proud. [/edit]

Follow the link and take a look yourself - it's merely picked up on the page title (my grid) and the "MSDN from $1950" link in the article side bar. If you look closely you'll see that at CodeProject we also offer heavily discounted Prefaces and also affordable Contents. Methinks someone forgot an if...then statement in their code. cheers, Chris Maunder
