Got one problem working with windows form?

In my vb.net project there is one form and a notify icon control and one context me attached with notify icon control. I tried to develop a project like when I will run application then form will be invisible but notify icon will be there in System tray and when i will right click on notify icon the context menu will have two options like open and exit. When select open option then my form will be visible but I wrote all code properly but my form is still visible and notify icon is working properly. to make my form invisible I wrote me.visible=false in form load event despite that it is not working and my form is visible and I again wrote me.visible=false and me.hide in form constructor but still it is visible. so please tell me what wrong in my code, if there is anything wrong the tell me or if you know some other tricks to do it then please tell and if possible provide sample code. tbhattacharjee
