how read the content of datagrid in windows application ?

say suppose i have datagrid with three column and one column having check box and 'n' no of rows are there.now i want to read the content of all the rows in a loop when no of rows is not fixed.how to do it using vb.net.if it is possible then please give me small sample code to implement it using vb.net. tbhattacharjee
