in 2002 there was a good stored procedure editor and such things. I could edit my tables, and views etc on the LAN. After upgrading to 2003, I can't find it anymore. Is it removed, or do I have to enable it somehow?

There is nothing to enable. You should be able to double click a stored proc and have it open, or right click a table ans select design table. If you don't have these then there is probably something wrong with your installation.
