I have a shortcut to such an application sitting at my desktop right now. The text says "Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003 Documentation". It's cool. VS 6.0? Geez, it has been almost two years since I last opened it, but I'm pretty sure that it had a similar feature. And about different DLLs, the ones you own a legal license to call also provide some form of documentation of their interfaces.
