        Üts hür!! "Glückliche Geburtstag", although the usual thing to say is "Alles Gute zum Geburstag" Unfortunately, this lacks all Umlauts, so it's probably useless.

Like Prime Minister or something like that. When I read mobarak, I know I've heard it before in the context of some country representative. :) -- He just smiled and gave me a vegemite sandwich.
